Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on every order, every time. No minimum spend, no fine print.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships so you can follow it the whole way.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us at hello@giftmira.com and we'll make it right — no questions asked.
The item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Email us at hello@giftmira.com with a photo of the item and your order number and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make a change. Reach us at hello@giftmira.com.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way. You can also track your order at any time by visiting the link in that email.
My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
If your estimated delivery window has passed, first check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you still need help, email us at hello@giftmira.com and we'll investigate right away.
