How long does delivery take?
Orders take 1–3 business days to process, then 5–15 business days in transit once shipped. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships so you can follow it the whole way.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email us at hello@giftmira.com to start a return. A 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns; damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded at no extra cost.
The item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Email us at hello@giftmira.com with a photo of the item and your order number, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way. You can also track your order at any time by visiting the link in that email.
My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
If your estimated delivery window has passed, first check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you still need help, email us at hello@giftmira.com and we'll investigate right away.
