Very good controller, it worked perfectly with Steam, in FIFA 25, which is not through Steam. It didn't need an emulator; as soon as it turned on, it connected and recognized without issues. Even through dS4Windows, you can change the LED color. I recommend it.

As a paramedic, it’s hard to hear in the back of an ambulance when trying to listen to lung sounds. These work great.
Amplifies sound, and can connect to iPhone for better analysis and saving recordings
To listen and hear what you need yo hear, you have to use the stethoscope. It will play it back through that. It is a little louder folks hearing impaired folks. That’s the main selling point. That being said you can try and play this through other speakers AFTER you record it from a patients chest, you can then play the audio back. As for the audio…. You can try and use your phone, but you loose most of the audio that way, and it sounds like someone rubbing a speaker rather than a heart sound. You can cast it to another device with several more disconnects and connections but it’s not super fast, nor easy, and quality so far is useless. Anyone got speaker recommendations? I was hoping to use this to show heart sounds to students. While it is possible, it’s clunky and audio is poor enough to be kinda useless. You can save the audio and play it back through the stethoscope to show them? So, sorta useful.. maybe? But a resound macheine does that and so much more, with a million time better audio. Here, I’m just using it as an old school headset that they can put on and pay it back like kids with a pretend toy. It is underwhelming. You need to purchase any additional abilities and it’s a monthly fee, yup… so you pay 4 times the cost of a normal stethoscope to then… have to pay more for any interpretation by Alan’s it’s monthly so $$$, so… it’s not likely to be used by anyone but docs and then…. Well… you’ve heard most of what you need with a basic model and it’s time for an ultrasound. You *can* compare visually, but it picks up everything else which you can discern if you know what you are listening to, but not by the visual tracings. I wanted to see if it would produce a significantly visual display of interesting murmurs. It really fell flat. Its utility is low. It’s not as comfortable as my littman cardio 3 and 4 and it’s not an insignificant degree heavier. Also.. hey littman, consider coating the external tubing so it stops ripping out folks with long hair’s hair rather than giving me cute colors (the staff makes cloth covers for them, but it would be nice to not have to bedeck the equipment with something that moves against the tubing). Thanks. I’m on the fence about returning it. I think most folks get this with their remaining cme allowance and the company is banking on that. I keep hoping I’m missing something. It feels like I purchased something in beta and it’s not a full product. 4 completely useless YouTube videos and I’m hunting through a manual to try and convince myself that I need this tech. I just.. can’t see it being useful. Consider sending with a speaker or recs. Allowing for marking on the sound waveforms. Allow for titles or categories. How the heck would I usefully send this to a cardiologist and have them listen to it when the regular sealer playback audio recording is that bad? They’d just want to listen to the patient and get the ultrasound. Just… so.. beta.
Love my Littmann. I work in a noisy and chaotic ER where it’s not always easy to make out good heart sounds. The Littmann makes it ALOT easier.
