I received exactly what i expected. the clock was very well packaged. one of the number cards had slipped out of place during shipping, but it was easy to put back by following the instructions. the clock is surprisingly accurate — i was a little worried that it might lose or gain time, but so far it works very well. it is also relatively quiet. there is a slightly louder click when the hour changes, but it is not disturbing at all. it might be noticeable at night if the clock were placed right next to the bed, but otherwise i am very satisfied with it.

Clock looks great and works great. on first, i thought mechanism is broken but the issue was that the lid of battery compartment touches shoulders of battery instead of top of face - after adding tin foil to top of the face, everything works as intended. the clearance on the lid is something to revise. cheers, saša

It took a while to arrive, but it's beautiful. Far more personality than a digital clock, and it elevates the living room, or wherever else you want to place it. So far it's actuate, and I have a feeling the D-cell battery is going to last a very long time. Speaking of which, I don't typically buy D-cell batteries, but I like that it doesn't have a cord protruding. That would have made it less beautiful. Highly recommend it this size and color complement your decor.

This was a gift to my fiancé, he absolutely loved it, it does need batteries, makes a noise but it not bad, he has this in his office, and its super accurate!

I've always loved flip clocks, and this one has worked very well for me.It looks sleek and keeps time well. Though it's a bit hard to get the time accurate down to the second.It's very quiet, except for a medium level click on the top of the hour. (It startled by husband once or twice) So I would suggest using it as a desk clock, rather than a bedroom clock.Readability is very clear; the numbers are big.It's pretty affordable too.

LOVE this clock. It’s super quiet, and aesthetic. Battery life is a long time on this thing, though I guess it depends on the batteries. I use Duracell. The clock isn’t as fragile as it looks, it’s durable and exactly like the photos. Love this thing. Would buy more products from the company.

In less than a year, multiple of the flip panels have broken off, making it completely unusable. Look for a more sturdy version, not this.

Looks great on a desk and definitely has that clean, modern wood aesthetic, but it leans more toward decor than pure function.No setup needed since it’s a mechanical flip clock, and it keeps time accurately. The build feels solid for its size, and most of the time the flipping motion is smooth and relatively quiet.That said, it’s smaller than it appears in photos. It works well on a desk up close, but it’s not something you’ll easily read from across the room. There’s also no backlight, so it’s basically unusable in low light.One thing to be aware of is the noise. Most flips are quiet, but some, especially hour changes, can be surprisingly loud in a quiet room. Not constant, but noticeable enough that it can catch you off guard.If you’re buying it for the look and a subtle desk piece, it delivers. If you need something highly visible or completely silent, this may not be the right fit.

Put the wrong sized (smaller) battery in it and compensated with tinfoil and it's still kickin mamy months later. 4 stars for ability to keep accuracy

Stylish and unique clock that everyone is fascinated with. Item arrived perfectly boxed/protected. Very easy to set up. Per some recommendations from other reviews, I opted to purchase a carbon zinc D battery vs an alkaline one. For those who need to know, the item description indicates that NO BATTERY is provided, so you will need your own D battery. After 2 weeks, it is still keeping time to the minute of my stove/microwave clock. It has probably lost 15-20 seconds to those clocks, so if I have to adjust the time by a minute a month or two down the road, it's a simple fix. We will see how it holds up over time, but so far, so good.

Debated for a long time if the price of this clock was worth it. Ultimately, if you are looking for something to simply tell the time there are other options that will preform this function at a much cheaper price tag. That being said this is a beautiful time piece and is worth the price tag if that is what you’re seeking.Quality: made of metal and wood, with a nice weight that makes it feel durable. So far two weeks in with a fresh battery it accurately keeps time within 1 minute of my phones time. The manual does say it can have a deviation of a few minutes though because of the design. I’m sure this occurs as well as the battery weakens.Noise level: the product is not audible between minutes but every minute the number will flip and cause a small click noise. Every hour both sides of the hour number and minute signs will flip causing a louder and more notable click and ratchet sound. Personally I find these relaxing but if you’re a light sleeper it may bother you. In a large room this may be less notable.Set up: you simply place a D-sized battery (not included) into the back of the middle tower. No on button it just starts working…. I had to wait till the minute rolled over to ensure it was working.Size: good size, not gigantic but able to be visualized across the room.
