The xl helmet is comfortable and fits perfectly my 58 head. the buckle is surprisingly well designed: easy to attach and dethatch. the grey color is darker than the image shown on advertisement. the weight is 630g a little lighter that the 680g of the description. it came in perfect condition in a good wrapping. i'll have to get used for the look on my head but it feels well build and quite solid. only 12 days to USA.

Item arrived quickly and the helmet itself is really well made and can protect a small amount of your head. Not the back of your head though, a full fall, i don't think you will have any protection on the lower part of the back of your head. So i got this for my electric surfskate (backfire nalu). I wouldn't use this helmet for anything else like my electric mountain boards or unicycles. It's well made as i mentioned, but the only thing i don't like is how the chin strap is attached to the main helmet. The distance of the y part of the strap is way too close together and therefore, in my opinion does not offer a good anchor point to keep the helmet in place if you had a fall (could rip over your head?). It's like an inch apart, so your ears are covered by the straps, The lining in the helmet is nice, nice matt colour. Like i said, not great for high speed vehicles, more gimmicky, and fashion, than proper safety gear.

Most half helmets look like sports equipment. This one looks like a flat cap that happens to have a shell under it, which is the entire reason people buy it.

The silhouette does the work

Flat-brim scoop shape — a low, tapered profile closer to a newsboy cap than to a skate lid. Nothing else in the range looks like it.
ABS outer shell — a hard molded shell over an EPS cushioning layer, at 680g.
Plush suede-look lining — warm against the head and skin-friendly rather than scratchy mesh.
Leather-look chin strap — tan webbing with a red quick-release buckle that opens one-handed.
Four finishes — gray, gloss black, matte black and white, all with a contrast trim edge.
Three sizes — M, L and XL, so it can actually be fitted rather than guessed at.
