There are elastic cuffs, this isn't the open sleeve style I expected. It is a soft, warm, coat though buy a size larger. Fit runs small.
Recommend size chart said XL and out of experience I ordered XXL just to be safe. Item was 8 inches too short on arms tight in shoulder and clasps open only 2 flaps where should be no less than 3 to 4. Material is gorgeous, soft and beautiful. Workmanship is great and style of clasps are awesome. If they can get the sizes more accurate then would definitely recommend until then be wary for sizes. These are predominately for tiny people. Fits perfect. Wish it had one or 2 more horn buttons but absolutely worth it.
Poor stitching and you can tell that the print was applied while the coat had some small wrinkles in it. I've bought a coat like this before from a different vendor and it a nice coat. Buyer beware!
Said it would take a month to come, came about 2ish weeks early. Comfortable,big size, though the arms a little short for me it does work really well
