I make custom cowboy hats and was trying to do it with an old school wood burner (mistake!) This has adjustable heat settings & enough tips to suit any style of burning. I love that you can have 2 tips on at once & switch between the 2 instead of having to wait for a single unit to cool down each time you need to change tips. They heat up very quickly, and also seem to cool rather quickly when you turn it off.This has saved me sooo much time (& wasted burnt hats!)

It’s the second piece pyrography I order and will not look back!! It’s the only one I will use. It’s sturdy, comfortable, easy to hold handle, compact and easy to store!
I purchased this item for a friend. The machine works correctly as expected, as my friend told me. However, the packaging was poor: there was no cushion material. Even no plastic pack to protect the machine. When the item arrived, my friend found that parts of the plastic case were already broken.

My first wood burning tool. Great value. I enjoy having the two burner selections so I can easily switch from one nib to another without having to change the nibs out everytime. Very useful for switching from lines to shading or different shape/size shading.It comes with a wide selection of nibs. I've used this on several projects so far and had great success. My reduction of one star it the consistency of heat. I haven't used another burner so unsure if this is normal or not. But I have to raise it off the wood to let it get back to temperature. I can't shade a large section without raising it it seems.
Comes with all kinds of tips and sponge with a tray area. Having two pens is awesome so u don't have to change the tips as often while working. The heat settings are real fluid so setting a particular degree is a little tricky. Instructions are ok. Haven't used a lot so hopefully it proves to be durable and long lasting.
So, I jumped the heat engraver on this because it was on sale. I purchased this several months ago and, unfortunately, I have not had a lot of spare time to get into my woodworking hobby. I have plugged it in and tested everything and it all appears to be working as advertised. This is the first device like this that I've ever owned, but I would easily argue that this is not the top of the line as far as quality goes.The look is decent when it's sitting on a table, but personally I think it just looked like a shmorgasboard of random bits and tools and that can get a little messy, despite trying to keep your area clean. Maybe run it by your wives before taking apart all of your projects on the dining room table, haha. I believe these heat up pretty well and quickly. As far as heat retention, I can't say for sure. The size is decent for what it does, considering it runs two at a single time. I'm not sure any part of a wood burning set has anything comfortable to do with it, aside from your own posture when you decide to work. Shoulders and head up. Also, and I cannot reiterate this enough - stay hydrated.

Lots of things you can do with this. Ends will burn out if you get them too hot but you get several.
This was a perfect buy for my wood burning activities. Great price too. And it worked right out of the box. Had everything I needed for my projects.
I enjoy this product so much. It is such a stress reliever and very easy to use. You can regulate the heat quickly from hot to immediately cool for shutdown. Awsome crafter tool. I will recommend this to my fellow crafter.

Works great. Hubby was well pleased with the many different choices of attachments her had to choose from with this kit. Also came with practice wood squares, design stencils and lettering stencils.
This was a gift for my husband, he loved it.The size and quality of this set is very good. There is a wide range of temperature options, different tips for a variety of projects. He has used it regularly so build quality is very good. The price was reasonable, always fast shipping.

Decent product as they come the functionality and price outweighs all the smaller models. Easy to use parents, heat levels, accessory durability and comfort as well as the instructions. I'll point out to this. I mean I've gone through six of the pen style, $10 ones or 14$ ones. Should have just got one of these first time around
A wonderful pyrography tool. It heats up fast and cools down almost as fast. It burns with precision and makes a mark like i want it to (either dark or light, thick or fine). Im very happy with this tool. Even a friend is thinking about getting one for herself.
Nice out fit. I wish the instructions were better at advising what all of the diferrent tips should be used for.
Its a good product to start this hobby. Unfortunately the 2 pen combo doesnt allow the use of both simultaneously. There's a switch that spills the power to pen 1 or 2. Be careful with higher temperatures, once its over 600 there's a chance the heat can radiate to the pen handle, wear gloves for long use.
This has worked absolutely well for me! its amazing and really made my wood burning projects easier! it does get very hot at the edge of pen when holding, due to the heat, but expected when using it at high temps!
I upgraded to this several months ago, and love it. It is super easy to adjust the temperature and swap out the tips, and it takes mere seconds to reach desired temperatures making it easy to do complex projects. One of the pens fell on the floor and hasn't worked quite right since, but it still gets the job done, and the other pen still works perfectly.
