This is really an amazing feeder. I especially appreciate the bowl design. It’s wide and shallow, which is much more comfortable for cats and helps avoid whisker fatigue compared to the deep bowls on many other feeders (if you know cats, you know they do not like deep bowls!!!).The built-in camera is another huge plus. I can check in on my Onyx anytime through the app. I love that the app detects activity around the feeder, so I get notified when my Onyx comes by. It’s such a nice way to stay connected. Overall worth every penny.

Great for portion control. It took a minute to weigh how many grams are in "one portion" for my specific cat food, but once you do, the app makes scheduling meals very precise. It really helps with keeping my cat on a diet plan.

I bought 2 of these for my cats while on vacation. The cameras work on both of them perfectly, but for some reason one of them makes an obnoxious whirrling sound that won’t go away. Since it works still, and i won’t have time to return it before vacation, i guess i’ll keep it and my cat will just have to deal with the noise while i’m gone lol 🤷🏼♀️

I have been really happy with this feeder. Portion control is straightforward, and knowing each portion is 10 g makes it easy to feed my senior cat the right amount. I usually set four portions for a 40 g meal and it has been very consistent. I like that I can schedule up to ten meals a day, and the notifications every time it dispenses give me peace of mind.The 6 L tank lasts about a week for one cat, which is quite convenient. It is also quieter than the feeder I used before.
Don’t usually write reviews but this was a great car feeder. The step-by-step manual in the box was really detailed with pictures. I just followed it along with the app prompts, and it took me about five minutes to get the Wi-Fi connected and the basic setup done. That little bit of effort at the start made a huge difference. Now, using the app to set up 10 feeding times, change the portions (each 10g serving is really precise), watch my cat eat through the 2K HD camera, and even talk to him while I‘m at work is so convenient. I was surprised to find there’s even a customer service feature built right into the app, so I can get help anytime if I have questions that makes me feel really secure. The best part is that everyone in my house can use their own phones to see the camera and help with feeding even my mom finds it easy to use. It has a lot of features, but it‘s not complicated to use at all.

This product is great and as described. Very sturdy and holds a good amount of food. Very reliable. The customer service has been exceptional. I had an issue with my product, and they were friendly, extremely patient, and were eager to fix the issue (which they did). Highly recommend.
Do not buy they want you to download the app then once you download it, they want your credit card number. I’m not giving a credit card number to feed my cat. There’s some scam. I’m returning it.
This product makes a high pitched ringing sound when it is plugged in. Super irritating to my cat and I’d ears.

I’ve had this for a couple of months now.Camera is ok. Except it sends “ motion detection messages “ even there’s nobody around.Setting it up was ok.But somehow I can’t add the feeder to the app iCam 365, which manages the feeding amount/ time adjustment. I’ve sent the first message to the sender in March( now May). NO response.I wouldn’t buy this product, just for that. Wish I could return it.Also, my cat sitter said that the feeder just pouring more food overflowing; she had to put extras in the baggie. ( yes, I need to adjust the amount for my kitty, but I’m not able)
The quality is well made, and sturdy. It's easy to connect and easy to use. It's the perfect size for a week away for our cat. What I do not like about it is the app that goes with it. It NEVER gets the movements right, notifies me when there is nothing near the feeder. It's was auto set on notifying me every 5 minutes. I changed the settings so that now it only reminds me every 30 minutes that there is NO movement near the feeder. Annoying!! The worst part is that when my cat is actually at the feeder, I usually only see her raised tail as she's walking away due to the camera delay. Not the perfect feeder, but does the job... as long as I want to see an empty room every 30 minutes and her butt as she's walking away AFTER eating. The app is NOT user friendly in any way. ALSO, they'll suck you into a year of monitoring at a nominal fee, of course.
We got a new cat & this is the best item we have purchased for him. Super easy set up & super convenient control by phone. Camera is amazing & I can check on my guy and see the entire room anytime. I’d recommend to anyone, no complaints at all.
For our purposes this may be too sophisticated, but it does work. Promptly! Like, synced to the controlling smartphone’s clock, our 5 o’clock feeding is right at 5:00! The instructions say there’s recognition features, we only have one cat so there’s no testing that, but the unit is well-made. While the unit supposedly runs on batteries, to get all the features it needs to be powered.
