It came exactly as the listing indicated, the inner jar and the cutlery are included, it looks of good quality, it's actually bigger than I thought, the colors are gorgeous, I recommend it.
This container is an absolute disaster. The moment you put hot food inside, the steam traps itself and the lid basically welds shut — you have to fight with it just to open it. On top of that, the so‑called ‘compartments’ are useless; everything mixes into a messy pile, exactly like the photo I posted.Terrible design, unsafe, completely impractical, and a total waste of money. I strongly advise people to stay away from this product.
Great container, quite large, the plastic is thick and of high quality.
Bought this for my son for summer camp. I honestly love it, would recommend to friends. Although, my son broke the lid. Can I get a replacement lid????

You haven’t used yet we only ordered one to see if they would keep the children’s lunch warm for school that’s coming up in a week or so it looks dirty. It’s very large and can fit a whole meal. I suggest you buy one.

Good for kids lunches. Lid seals good and holds good portions of food. No sharp edges and easy to clean. Dishwasher compatible
the materials are nice, but the 28oz volume seems to include empty space below the cavities in the metal. i couls barely fit a flat layer of marinated quail eggs in the largest of the 2 compartments.

I bought this over two months now..very strong, but it doesn't keep food more hot..more like luke warm..but i like it

Not the biggest fan of the low quality lunch bag that comes with it, but the lunch box itself is great. Keeps things the temperature you want and is a great size.
The build quality is really, really great. My only concern is the size — I’m a bit unsure if the food quantity it holds is enough for an adult.
I purchased this for my elementary school-age daughter's lunch. The portion size is good for her but could potentially be too small for an adult. My daughter reported that the food was room temperature/slightly warm at her lunch time ~4.5 hours after I placed the food in the container. I prewarmed the container with boiling water inside the reflective bag for 5-7 minutes and then immediately placed her freshly cooked meal inside. This provided no change to the warmth of the food. I did notice air bubbles seeping from the edge where the stainless steel meets the plastic. My daughter did state that she sometimes has trouble getting the lid off. I think if you needed to keep your food warm for an hour or 2, this product would work. If you need a longer time span, I would look into other options.
Works great for my daughter's school lunch. Her food is packed by 5am and lunchtime is at 11:30 amTo ensure food is kept warm until lunchtime I add boiling water to the bowl, cover and allow to sit for 1 hour.I will empty the water , dry the bowl , place the hot food inside and coverright.away. I will release the steam before placing in the littlecase, then place both in a proper insulated lunchbag.I also add a pyrex hotpack to the main lunchbag so the food has warmt throughout the bag.

A little bit on the smaller size. It can hardly fit a good-sized meal. I tried putting a regular-sized tender and could not fit it in. The fork and spoon are so hard to put in and take out. Quality is very good, and it does not look like cheap plastic type. The main container is made of steel, so less microplastics.
Pretty cute, neat and durable for its price! I won’t say the ease of use is that great though because that lid will suction on so tight sometimes you need a kung fu grip to rip it off! The lunch bag is neat although I wish it had a little handle, it’s very roomy, lightweight, roomy and overall easy to clean.
My daughter wanted a bento box that would keep her food warm the way her thermos does, so we tried this stainless steel option. With a thermos, you preheat by filling with hot water and covering for 15 minutes before dumping the water and adding food. That method works great for a thermos, but I can’t come up with a comparable way to heat this box. Her food was not hot at lunch, just 3 hours after packing.
Great quality, great product, I wish the food could be hot longer.
